Big Friday...

pork shanks are roasting at Korzo, we're making new farro risotto at Sekt, crisp hudson v. duck is being confited at BBC and your Korzo Burger at the Haus will be made from the freshest black angus beef ground today... happy Friday!  ... oh, and those pork shanks come with a side of bacon-braised purple kraut and rosemary- candied orange potato pancakes :)
